Loved by groups from across the country.
Taylor is a gem. Our birthday party was new to Yoga and she understood the assignment on what each of us needed to a peaceful, restorative, and helped and release a lot of tension that a lot of the girls expressed they were feeling. Towards the ends she actually had someone fall asleep as she played the sound bar and had us in a resting state. Book Taylor! You will not be disappointed!
Taylor provided our group of 7 an amazing experience! Taylor was extremely accommodating to our group and even with the weather being a tad cold, she came prepared with space heaters just incase! We really enjoyed the flow of the class and the sound bath was so tranquil! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private session!!
Taylor was knowledgable, fun, and she created the perfect personal practice for us! I learned my favorite new stretch from her! She was well prepared (she showed up with mats, cleaning tools, and her own music!). We had a great time and we sweat! I wish I could book her every week!
Taylor was amazing!! She was on time, super kind, and rolled with some unexpected last minute changes. The yoga session was tailored to our group's needs. Although only 30 mins, it was the perfect grounding and centering practice to start our wedding day! Would highly recommend!
Taylor was fantastic! Our sessions were exactly the energizing vibe we were hoping for, with helpful cues and instruction and wonderful sequences.
Taylor was a wonderful teacher who led a fantastic flow class for us. She provided mats, music, and great guidance for a large group. I would highly recommend!

What makes Taylor's yoga teaching different?
Taylor is known for teaching to everybody in the room. Her cueing is permissive and welcoming rather than rigid or focused on achieving the most intense pose. She is trauma-informed and teaches completely hands-off, meaning she never gives physical adjustments or touches students in class. Having overcome two chronic illnesses herself, she teaches that no two bodies are the same, that there is no way anyone should or shouldn't look, and that each person is the best guide of their own body. The goal of every class is to leave with a regulated nervous system and a genuine sense of peace.

Yes. Taylor keeps her classes as beginner-friendly as possible and offers up-level options for students who want more. You do not need any prior experience, flexibility, or a particular body type to practice with her.
Is your yoga accessible for different body types, abilities, or disabilities?
Absolutely. Taylor creates an inclusive environment where every body is welcome. There is no body type, level of ability, or disability that is not welcome in her classes. Do you give hands-on adjustments or touch students in class?
